Mansfield & Richland County Convention & Visitors Bureau Weirick Communications, Inc. was retained by the Mansfield & Richland County Convention & Visitors Bureau to generate publicity about the unique and offbeat tourism offerings within the county. The goal was to use those unusual story “pegs” to drive visitor inquiry calls to the CVB’s toll-free number. As part of Weirick Communications’ work with the Mansfield & Richland County Convention & Visitors Bureau, we’ve placed substantial feature articles in USA Today, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Columbus Dispatch and other major daily newspapers nationwide. As a result of one Cleveland Plan Dealer article we generated, the CVB received a record number of phone calls and the factory featured booked more tours than they could handle.
